BPO TRAINING ACADEMY considers, but does not limit itself, to applicants who display the following: • Franchisees must possess these qualifications: • Believes in the BPO Training Academy philosophy and program • Eager to learn all the aspects of running a call center training academy on a full time basis • Willing to learn and operate within our franchise system • Financially capable • People and customer service-oriented • Aggressive and highly motivated to succeed in the call center industry • Has background in management, training or handling people • Honest, responsible, hardworking and a team player What would BPO TRAINING ACADEMY require to begin the application process? The applicant shall be required to submit the following: 1. Letter of Intent 2. Proposed site location and description of the site (including a location map) 3. Resume or CV 4. Completely filled-up Pre-Qualification Form (with a 2”x2” recent photo) What is the term of the franchise? The franchise contract is for 3 Years and renewable. How much is the Franchise Fee and total initial investment ? The Franchise Fee is Php 600,000. The total investment excluding the Franchise Fee ranges from Php1.2M to Php 2.8 M, depending on the following factors:
What are the criteria for selecting a site? The site should be in an area with a minimum floor size of 80 square meters. It should be located in major business or financial hubs and high volume commercial, residential or educational areas and major thoroughfares. Must be accessible to commuters, motorists and pedestrians. What are the floor area requirements? At least 80-100 SQMS. What type of training is the franchisee to undergo prior to opening of the training academy? BPO TRAINING ACADEMY will provide two-week training for trainers, staff, and management. This training includes: Classroom-type instructions and examinations Hands-on exercises in order to make sure management team and staff are ready to operate Additional training and support will be provided. A Business Development Specialist shall be dispatched to you branch for five (3-5) working days in order to assist in the opening and in initial operations (this is optional). All expenses for this option shall be covered by the franchisee. |
