FRANCHISE PROCESS 1-2-3 STEPS Meet Minimum Requirements You should evaluate self if you meet our minimum requirements. You must have a net worth of at least P2.5M, and liquid assets of approximately P1.5M to P3.0M. You must also have strong management experience. Step 1- Complete Pre-Qualification Form and Submission of Documents • You shall then complete our Pre-Qualification Form and submit all other documents and requirements: Letter of Intent, Resume or CV with colored I.D. photo of applicant, and map of proposed location and description of the proposed site. • We shall evaluate your application, financial statements, and conduct credit and background check. Step 2 – Visit Head Office • If everything is satisfactory, we shall contact you for a meeting at our office to present the academy and discuss the details, terms, and conditions of our Franchise Package. We shall do a presentation to explain the Academy in detail, and give you a tour of BPO TRAINING ACADEMY. You may also sit-in in one of our classes, schedule permitting. • A visit of the proposed site will be scheduled so that this can be evaluated and approved. • Within fifteen (15) working days, we shall notify you of our decision. If you are awarded a franchise, you must finalize agreement within thirty (30) days. • Upon approval of the site and we agree on the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement, the date of signing of the Franchise Agreement and payment of the Franchise Fee will be arranged. • Identify a final location, and obtain the financing and the equipment. Construction shall then commence. Step 3 –Training Pre-Opening Training -You shall then attend the Pre-opening orientation. Start of Pre-Opening training and familiarization on our programs, courses and services as well as all aspects of operating and managing a center. Training of the opening team. Opening - Grand Opening Assistance. A Business Development Specialist shall be dispatched to you branch for three to five (3-5) working days in order to assist in the opening and in initial operations (this is optional). All expenses for this option shall be covered by the franchisee. |
